This amazing Inèdit apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona, in the Gòtic neighbourhood, next to Les Rambles and Drassanes metro station (L3) and just 15 minute walking distance to Barceloneta beach and Plaça Catalunya the other way. It is situated in an incredible historical building with an elevator. The main entrance to the building is wonderful.
It is a huge apartment of more than 180m2 with spacious and beautiful well decorated common areas and 8 rooms. Six rooms are single and two rooms are shared which means that there will be a maximum of 10 people home at a time.
The apartment has a big welcoming hall and a nice dinning room with a big table and chairs to share unforgettable moments with your flatmates. There is also a light and comfortable living room next to the dinning area with sofas, TV and a huge exterior window to relax and chill.
