What is included on the rental price?

The rental price includes:

  • Your own furnished room and the use of all furnished & equipped common areas.
  • 50€/month for costs of supplies: water, electricity and gas.
  • Community expenses.
  • Unlimited use of internet WIFI.
  • Cleaning service of the common areas once a week.
  • Cleaned sheets and towels every two weeks.
  • Unlimited use of all appliances in the apartment like washing machine, iron, fridge, etc.
  • Personal assistance during all your stay.
  • 24h Emergency phone.
  • Repair and Maintenance service.
What means 50 € of supplies bills included?

There is a màximum of 50 € per month and person of supplies (gas, water and electricity) included on the rental month. During your complete stay, our team will check monthly all consumptions. At the end of your stay, we will provide you with our consumptions summary and in case that your consumptions exceed the 50 €/month included, we will discount this excess from your deposit. Our team will inform you about all real consumptions monthly in order to help you control them.

Do I need to pay any other extra taxes?

To do your booking, you will have to choose a Rental Services Pack depending on your necessities and the duration of your stay.

* Home Insurance: It covers most of the incidences that could happen at the apartment.
** Empadronamiento: We will manage all process to get your Empadronamiento document and will give it to you after your arrival. The empadronamiento is mandatory for all residents who are staying in Barcelona for at least 6 months and it is necessary to go to the public doctor, to get the NIE or TIE and to get a bank account for example.
*** NIE or TIE: We will manage all process to get a NIE or TIE appointment for your arrival.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

To confirm your booking, it is necessary to make the payment of the guarantee deposit which is equal to a rental month and the payment of the Rental Services Pack. The guarantee deposit will never cover a rental month. The payment of this deposit and the Rental Pack services is the proof of your booking. This deposit will be back to you 30 working days after the ending date of your contact if there is no damage on the room neither the apartment and no rules were broken during your stay. On the starting date of your contract, in the event that you do not arrive and we do not receive any notification during the previous 48 hours to your arrival date, the company reserves the right to cancel your booking without refunding the deposit neither the Rental Services Pack.

Bookings Cancellation Policy

In case of the cancellation of a booking, penalizations will be applied:
1. Cancellations of confirmed bookings at least one month before the established date of arrival, will be charged with 250 € penalization.
2. Cancellations of confirmed bookings during the 30 days previous to the established date of arrival, will be charged with the complete deposit (equal to a rental month).

Can I modify my booking?
  • You can reduce your rental contract if you do it with at least 2 months of advance to the new requested ending date. This modification has a 100 € penalization. If the modification is notified with less than two months of advance to the new requested ending date, the reduction of you rental contract will due to a penalization equal to your deposit.
  • You can extend your rental contract, if there is availability of the requested room per packs of 3 months with an extra cost of 45 € (unique payment per extension pack).
  • You can move to any of our rooms during your rental contract, if there is availability per an extra cost of 50 € (unique payment per request).
Which documents do I need for booking a room ?

You will need to send us a copy of your identity card (european) or passport (non european) and a copy of your acceptance letter or enrollment document from your university/school or a copy of your internship or working contract.

Also, you will need to fill in a form with all your personal and stay information and accepting our terms and conditions.

Is there any office in Barcelona where I can go personally to talk with the Inèdit Team?

Of course! We have a nice office at Carrer Torrent d’en Vidalet 7, local 1 where you will be always welcome! Also, the Inèdit Team is available for you on social networks, phone and email.

Are pets allowed?

We love animals but they are not allowed in our apartments because of the hygiene and respect to other flatmates.

Can I have visits at the apartment?

Yes, you can have visits during the daily hours (09:00 to 22:00h). You will always be responsible of the behaviour of your visitors and the damages that they can cause. 

Who will be my flatmates?

At the Inèdit Apartments you will find students and young professionals form all over the world between 20 to 35 years old with a quite similar profile to yours.

What happens when something is not working?

Just send us an email as soon as you find out and our maintenance service will come to the apartment to fix it.

Who is responsible for the cleaning?

There is a cleaning service of the common areas once a week included on your rental price. Anyway, you need to keep the common areas in good hygienic and order conditions. You need to collaborate with your flatmates to take out the trash, use the dishwasher, clean all the common stuff you use for cooking and eating, keep the bathroom in good conditions and keep the living room in order. You will need to take care of your room and keep it in good hygienic conditions. If you need, we have extra cleaning services, just ask us.

Can I invite my friends to sleep at the apartment?

You can have one guest that can sleep in your room for a maximum of 4 consecutive nights always after getting our written permission by email. You also need to inform your flatmates that someone will be arriving. Extra nights will be charged at 30€/night. Having guests at the apartment without permission will result in a 100 € penalty per night.

If I’m not coming on the 1st or leaving on the 31st, how much do I need to pay?

If you arrive:

  • Between the 1st and the 10th day of each month, you will need to pay the complete month.
  • Between the 11th or the 20th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the first month.
  • The 21st or later, you will pay per day. The price per night is 30€/person.

If you leave:

  • Between the 1st and the 9th day of each month, you will pay per day. The Price per night is 30€/person.
  • Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month.
  • The 20th or later, you will need to pay the complete month.

You can do the payment by bank transfer, credit card or cash at our office. If you pay by bank transfer or similar the amount of the payment must be exact and the transfer costs must be assumed by the applicant. Transfer should indicate the name and last name of the tenant. For debit and credit card payments, there will be a commission of 1%.

Arrival and departure rules:
  • Arrivals and formalization of the rental contract  will take place from Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h in our office at Carrer Torrent d’En Vidalet 7, local 1.
  • You can choose to formalize the rental contract directly at the apartment during this schedule per 35 € extra.
  • Early (from 08.00h to 09.00h) and Late (from 19.00h to 21.00h) arrivals and weekend arrivals will have an extra cost of 50 €.
  • The last day of your rental contract, you will need to leave your room before 11.00h.
  • There will be no possibility to welcome you after 21.00h

Arrivals will be scheduled by email. Sending us your arrival infomration will enable our team to help you move in to your new home. For that to happen, our team needs tor organize all the small details to make it possible, therefore we ask you to send the details a month in advance. Remember that during the check in you will need to pay the registration fee and the first month rent.

Departures will be necessary confirmed with us by email with at least one month of advance.
