Introducing our new coliving apartment at Carrer Major de Sarrià 93, in the Sarrià-Sant Gervasi district, one of Barcelona's most peaceful and exclusive areas! This space is ideal for those seeking comfort, a relaxed atmosphere, and shared living, all in a strategic location within the city.
Thanks to its excellent location, you'll be very close to some of Barcelona's most prestigious universities, such as ESADE, IQS (Institut Químic de Sarrià), Ramon Llull University, and the International University of Catalonia (UIC). Furthermore, public transportation provides easy access to the campuses of the University of Barcelona (UB) and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC).
The apartment features three bedrooms: one double bedroom with two individual beds, and two single bedrooms, each with one bed. All rooms are fully equipped with an individual desk and a spacious wardrobe, ideal for both studying and working remotely in comfort.
The living-dining room is a modern and inviting outdoor space, perfect for relaxing, socializing with roommates, or enjoying quiet moments. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, toaster, blender, and all the necessary utensils for your daily meals. It also offers additional storage space for easy organization and shared use.

YOUR MONTHLY RENT INCLUDES:

REQUIREMENTS:
+ €100/month if the room is rented by two people for rooms adapted for two people.
+ The administration fee of €250 is per person.
+ A credit or debit card is required. All payments will be automatically debited from your chosen card during your stay.
Please be advised that all pre–move-in expenses, including the security deposit and administrative fees, are payable directly to us. Further instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation.
