This cool Inèdit apartment is a 4 rooms apartment located on the 5th floor of a huge modern building in Eixample Esquerre neighborhood, in a really central location, just a 10 minute walking distance to Plaça Universitat and less than a 20 minute walking distance to Plaça Catalunya.
Just in front of the of the building, there is a bus stop and in 400m distance (4min walking), there is the metro station of Urgell (L1) and in a 10 minute walking distance there is the Hospital Clínic station (L5).
The Eixample Esquerra neighborgood is located on the left side of Passeig de Gràcia, in a central area. In this neighborhood you will find all services around: bars, shops, restaurants, theaters, gyms, etc. Also, most of the best architectural modernist buildings are located around this area.
