Thanks to its excellent location, you'll be very close to some of Barcelona's most prestigious universities, such as ESADE, IQS (Institut Químic de Sarrià), Ramon Llull University, and the International University of Catalonia (UIC). Furthermore, public transportation provides easy access to the campuses of the University of Barcelona (UB) and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC).
The apartment features two bedrooms: this single room of approximately 12 m² with a 140cm bed and another single room. Both are fully equipped with a desk and a spacious wardrobe, perfect for studying or working remotely in comfort, and are exterior-facing.
The room and the entire apartment have central air conditioning.
The living-dining room is a spacious and welcoming open-plan area, perfect for relaxing, socializing with roommates, or enjoying quiet moments. The fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, toaster, blender, and all the necessary utensils for your daily meals. It also has additional storage space for easy organization and shared use.
The apartment boasts a spectacular terrace with a dining and chill-out area.

The separate laundry area is located in the lobby, is shared, and is situated on the first floor.

REQUIREMENTS:
+ €100/month if the room is rented by two people for rooms adapted for two people.
+ The administration fee of €250 is per person.
+ A credit or debit card is required. All payments will be automatically debited from your chosen card during your stay.
