It is also just 10 minute walking distance to Plaça Catalunya and 15 minute walking distance to Barceloneta beach. The apartment is in a big historic building without an elevator, next to the ancient wall of the city.

It has high ceilings which make the apartment really spacious and cool living room with sofa and a big table with chairs to share good times with your flatmates.
