Cancellation policy (COVID-19)
1. All customers with a confirmed reservation with a starting contract date in the period between March 14th, 2020 and April 14th, 2020, both included, and decide to cancel their reservation:
- Cancellation penalty of 250 € will be applied (one-time payment fee).
- These clients have the right to request a new reservation in another period, being able to enjoy the full bonus of the Rental Services Pack (Registration Fee) in it. This discount is not applicable to the monthly rental rate or security deposit.
2. All customers with a confirmed reservation with a starting contract date in the period between March 14th, 2020 and April 14th, 2020, both included, may modify the starting date of their contract without any additional cost until May 1st, 2020. Our usual payment policy with the following discounts will be applied to the payment of the first month of rent:
- Contract starting between the 1st and the 10th of the month, will pay for the rental rate for the entire month.
- Contract starting between the 11th and the 20th of the month, will have a 20% discount on the first monthly payment.
- Contract starting between the 21st day or later, will pay per night. The price is 30 € per night and per person.
3. All customers with a confirmed reservation with a starting contract date in the period between March 14th, 2020 and April 14th, 2020, both included, and modify the starting date of their contract, are suspended from the obligation of the payment of the monthly rent in the period between the original starting reservation date and the new established starting contract date. The monthly rent corresponding to May 2020 must be paid in full in all cases.
4. All contracts in progress and / or those with an initial contract date before March 14th, 2020 or with an initial contract date after April 14th, 2020, are subject to the standard Cancellation Policy of Inèdit Barcelona.
Inèdit Barcelona reserves the right to request the client a proof / justification / additional documentation if necessary, before proceeding with the modification or cancellation of the reservation.
This Inèdit room is a spacious medium size room with a big exterior window facing the attic of the building in front. This big window makes the room really bright.
It is a quiet room as it is situated far from the living room and next to Room 3.
This spacious room has a big double bed and a big 3 door closet to keep all your stuff organized.
In the working area, there is a big desk with chair to study or just work comfortably and there is also another interior window next to the desk.
This room is perfect for all those students or young workers who need a calm and relaxing place to study and work.

This cool Inèdit apartment is a 4 room apartment located in the residential and bohemian neighborhood of Gràcia, next to Plaça Lesseps and it's metro station, Lesseps metro station (L3).
Gràcia FGC station is also just 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
The apartment has a lot of natural light as it is located in the 6th floor of a modern building with an elevator and wide windows in the living room area. It is a nice decorated apartment completely equipped for students and young workers.
There is wooden floor in all of the apartment and there is an spacious living room with comfortable sofa, TV and a big table to enjoy your meals with your flatmates. In the living room you will also find a huge exterior window facing to Avinguda de la Riera de Cassoles which gives a lot of natural light to this area.
There is also a completely equipped kitchen and big bathroom with a shower to share. And also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer to do your laundry with all commodities.
There are 4 rooms at the apartment and one of them could be shared, so there will be a maximum of 5 students home at a time. Room 1, the room which can be shared, has an ensuite bathroom, so there will be 3 people sharing the common bathroom. Both bathrooms are new, big and comfortable.
All rooms are spacious and bright and are completely equipped.
Gràcia is a cool neighborhood in the north of the city center of Barcelona and one of the most popular neighborhoods to live. Around the apartment you will find excellent restaurants, bars, shops and all services.
