Inèdit Policy

  • The rental price includes a maximum of 50 € of supplies (gas, water and electricity) per month for bookings made before 15/10/2022 and 60 € of supplies for bookings confirmed after 15/10/2022.
  • Fiber Optic WiFi is also included in the rental price.
  • The guarantee deposit (equal to a rental month) is mandatory and will be back to you during the 60 days after the end of your stay if there is no damage on the apartment and your room and if you have respect all rental contract rules.
  • To make your booking valid, it is necessary to present an entrepreneur project, freelance/artist job, work contract, enrollment at the university or confirmed internship.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Overnight visitors are not allowed without a written authorization from Inèdit and will be penalised with 100 € per night.
  • Arrivals between the 1st and the 10th day of each month pay the complete rental month, from the 11th to the 20th have 20% discount and from the 21st on, pay 30 €/night for single rooms and 40 €/night for couple rooms.
  • Leaving between the 1st and the 10th day of each month pay 30 €/night for single rooms and 40 €/night for couple rooms, between the 11th to the 20th have 20% discount, from the 21st on, pay the complete rental month.

BOOKINGS

  • Cancellations of confirmed bookings at least one month before the established date of arrival, will be charged with 250 € penalization.
  • Cancellations ofr confirmed bookings during the 30 days previous to established date of arrival, will be charged with the complete deposit (equal to a rental month).

MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS OF A RENTAL CONTRACT

  • You can reduce your rental contract if you do it with at least 2 months of advance to the new requested ending date. In this case, 100 € penalization will be applied. If the modification is notified with less than 2 months of advance to the new requested ending date, the reduction of your rental contract will due to a penalization equal to your deposit (equal to a rental month).
  • You can extend your rental contract if there is availability of the requested bedroom, per packs of 3 months with an extra cost of 45 € (unique payment per extension pack). You will be able to make as many extensions as you want always that we have availability on the requested room. The extension will be valid when the payment of the tax will be done and the annex document of the rental contract will be signed.
  • You can switch to any of our bedrooms during your rental contract if there is availability of the requested room per an extra cost of 50 € (unique payment per request).
